Position: CONTROLLER - TEMPORARY
##
** Mission
* * The Industrial Controller will temporarily support the Finance & Operations organization during a paternity leave period, ensuring continuity across critical controlling processes. This role will oversee activities related to inventory management, scrap provisions, pricing scenarios, new product cost calculations, and manufacturing cost deviations. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, precision, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.##
** Tasks & Responsibilities
*** 1. Stock Management & Inventory Optimization
** Lead the end-to-end control of company inventories, ensuring accurate monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.
* Calculate, track, and analyze the DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) KPI, providing insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Proactively drive initiatives to optimize stock levels, reduce overstocking and slow-moving items, and contribute to working capital efficiency.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement teams to define and implement corrective actions.
* 2. Scrap Provision Calculation & Reduction Initiatives
** Perform the periodic calculation and booking of scrap provisions.
* Track scrap evolution, preparing clear and actionable analyses for stakeholders.
* Partner with Production, Quality, and Procurement to identify root causes and develop action plans to reduce or prevent scrap.
* 3. Price Proposal Preparation for Planning Scenarios
** Work closely with Procurement and External Site Operations teams to prepare price proposals across multiple planning scenarios.
* Ensure financial assumptions are consistent and well documented, aligned with business requirements.
* Support ad-hoc modelling and scenario analyses as needed.
* 4. Follow-up and Analysis of Price Deviations
** Monitor and analyze material price deviations, identifying key drivers and trends.
* Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
* Support mitigation actions and ensure deviations are properly captured and explained during closing and forecasting cycles.
* 5. Cost Calculation for New Products
** Lead the cost calculation process for new products, ensuring complete and accurate cost structures (materials, manufacturing, overheads).
* Guarantee alignment with internal financial policies, standards, and SAP/ERP structures.##
** Required

Qualifications & Skills
*** Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling or Auditing.
* Fluent English (mandatory).
* Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Controlling or Supply Chain Controlling.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.##
** Education
* ** Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.#LI-SA1
