Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to lead our Acute Care Programs at our Colonial Campus. This is a key leadership role responsible for clinical excellence across our Acute Care Programs (Crisis Services, Adult Addiction Receiving Facility, Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit, and Centralized Receiving Facility).

Scope of Leadership- Direct oversight of Behavioral Health Technicians - day shift at our Colonial Campus
- 24/7 Acute Care Environment (Crisis Services, AARF, CCSU, CRF)
- Active involvement in fiscal management and program development
- Lead, mentor, and develop BHT staff
- Ensure delivery of high quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with DCF, AHCA, and all regulatory standards
- Partner with executive leadership on operational performance
- Support budgeting, staffing strategy, and performance metrics
- Serve as a positive leadership role model across the campus

- Complete a one-week orientation plus one day (Monday-Friday, Monday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM each day. Orientation is held at our Evans Campus
- Successfully pass a pre-employment medical screening which includes drug test and TB test
- Successfully pass a level 2 background screening with the Department of Children’s and Families (DCF) and Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)
- Requires a minimum of a H.S. diploma or equivalent and 1 year of supervisory experience in a health/human services field OR a H.S. diploma or equivalent and 2 years of supervisory experience in any field.
- Certified Behavioral Health Technician preferred and/or attain certification within 1 year.
- Must have advanced computer skills and be able to train CSU staff.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.
