** Freeman Health System s main operating room has nine surgical suites and offers a variety of specialties including gynecology, ear, nose and throat, orthopedics, cosmetic and neurosurgery In this fast-paced procedural area, the staff uses their experience, knowledge, and skills to work as a team to take patient care to the next level of patient safety and satisfaction We offer an in-depth individualized orientation process to prepare employees for success in the perioperative setting
** What You’ll Do
** Under The Supervision Of The Registered Professional Nurse, Participates In The Intraoperative Phase Of Patient Care.
** Requirements:*
* • Completed Department Skills Competency.
• Graduate Of An Accredited Surgical Technologist Program, Graduate Of The Internal Freeman Health System Surgical Technologist Program, Or Has Greater Than Two Years Of Clinical Practice As A Scrub Tech In A Hospital Setting.
• Aha Bls For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days.
