While upholding the Llywelyn's Pub Culture, Ideals, and the Mission/Vision/Values, this position is responsible for all Front of the House functions including: preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, hiring and training of employees in methods of hosting, serving, bartending, food running, and floor managing. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for maintaining and scheduling proper staffing levels based on the locations' budgets and staffing pars.

This position is also responsible for purchasing, receiving, and organizing storage of all liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies based on the locations' budgets and pars. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for inventory of all beer, liquor, and wine and maintaining proper procedures to control overall associated costs.
