Payroll Officer (Junior/Entry Level) at Laundy Hotel Group. Ready to kick start your career? We’re looking for a Junior Payroll Officer to join our friendly Payroll team at our Lane Cove Head Office. This role is suitable for a recent graduate or anyone keen to get their foot in the door, with full training provided. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

You’ll gain hands-on payroll experience and build valuable skills while supporting a fast-moving hospitality business where no two days are the same.

• End to end payroll processing for approximately 1,700 staff
• Responding to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
• Set up new employees and update existing employee details
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for key stakeholders
• Manage employee files
• Process leave applications
• Hospitality experience advantageous
• Great communication and relationship skills

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Great communication and customer service skills
• The ability to juggle tasks, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• A solid understanding of confidentiality and privacy
