** Move beyond Linked In. You’ll design creative sourcing strategies to find "purple squirrels" in the aerospace and tech sectors.
* ** The Candidate Advocate:
** You’ll craft a world-class experience, ensuring every candidate—hired or not—becomes a fan of Airbus.
* ** Strategic Partner:
** You won't just run interviews. You’ll advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and diversity best practices.
* ** Brand Storyteller:
** You’ll represent us at major events and career fairs, sharing what it’s really like to work at the heart of European innovation.###
** SKILLS**
* ** A Seasoned Recruiter:
** You have
** 3+ years
** of experience, ideally in high-tech, defence, or aerospace.
* ** A Sourcing Ninja:
** You navigate Linked In Recruiter, talent pools, and professional networks like a pro.
* ** A Connector:
** You build trust easily with everyone from junior engineers to senior executives.
* ** Tech-Savvy:
** You’ve mastered the ATS (if you know
** Workday**, that’s a huge plus!).
* ** Multilingual:
** You are fluent in
** Spanish and English**. In our world, communication knows no borders.
* ** Compliance-Conscious:
** You understand the nuances of Spanish labor law to ensure a smooth and fair hiring process.
