Pay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Onsite Dealer Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This position will play an important role in supporting day-to-day recruiting functions and will serve as a key resource in ensuring smooth operations within the department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Create and post job openings on appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress.
• Support the HR Recruiter with additional recruiting tasks and projects as needed.

• 1–2 years of administrative experience required; recruiting experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with HR or recruiting software is a plus.
