Shape the Models: Fine‑tune or integrate large models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.) into sleek microservices and scalable APIs.
Create What’s Next: Develop cross‑domain GenAI applications—whether for content creation, analytics, automation, or customer workflows—that raise the bar.
Collaborate Across Frontiers: Work closely with our blockchain and product teams to infuse AI‑driven intelligence into cutting‑edge ventures.
Turn Research into Reality: Translate complex AI research into clean, modular, and production‑ready code that delivers tangible results.
What You BringExperience: 3‑7 years in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and agent‑based systems.
Technical Mastery: Strong Python skills with PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, and OpenAI APIs under your belt.
Proven Impact: You’ve shipped real‑world GenAI tools—whether for text, code, vision, or speech—that people actually use.
Advanced Know‑How: Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and multi‑agent orchestration.
Versatility: Demonstrated use of AI in 2‑3 different domains like fintech, SaaS, marketing, ops, or customer support.
Bonus Points ForOpen‑source contributions or a track record at AI hackathons.
Experience thriving in startup or high‑velocity product teams.
Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 integrations.
