Required Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology fields.
• Proven experience in software and/or ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, Procedures, Views, etc.).
• Proficiency in web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP).
• Experience with web services integrations (SOAP, UI, REST).
• Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
• Extension courses or certifications in project management or related areas.
• Familiarity with Soft Expert portfolio products (SE Suite) or competing solutions.
• Knowledge of quality management principles.

The Implementation Consultant's primary mission is to ensure successful deliveries aligned with client needs using our proprietary solution (SE Suite). This involves guiding clients through the initial stages of adoption to maximize software utilization.

Key responsibilities include removing potential barriers, streamlining system implementation, and institutionalizing the solution's use. Success requires applying market best practices within the client's specific context and understanding their business rules. This ensures efficient and effective configuration of the SE Suite.

This role is primarily remote. However, the Implementation Consultant may be required to meet clients in person within their city of residence and surrounding regions.
