** Job Description
** Championed the seamless execution and timely delivery of OSMCX-initiated projects, rollouts, and policy changes. This involves meticulous planning, resource management, and fostering collaboration across teams to resolve interdependencies and potential roadblocks. By setting clear expectations, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining regular progress updates, the team ensures accountability and alignment. Proactive risk management, including thorough business impact analysis, proper milestone gating, and contingency planning, helps mitigate disruptions and maintain project momentum, ensuring strategic goals are met efficiently.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
** 1. Customer Comms
* Evaluates and approves customer-facing materials (FAQs, spiels, SMS, merch) to ensure clear and effective messaging.
* Ensures timely information dissemination to front liners and updates online portals for customer access.
* Assesses communication needs, coordinates with internal teams for accuracy, and facilitates frontline feedback for content improvements.
* Leads special projects and refines communication materials when necessary.
2. Delivery for Projects
* Leads project kick-off for new and future communication strategies and aligns with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
* Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with CXM and stakeholders.
* Oversees execution, ensures alignment across CX channels.
* Manages risks, adjusts scope, and develops contingency plans.
* Reports insights and maintains a knowledge database for future use.
** TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:
*** Formulates customer experience strategies across Brand/Segment/Product and ensures that strategies are translated into operating plans and programs supported by relevant teams.
* Brings together and collaborates with relevant CXM internal teams, working on solutions to ensure best customer experience.
* Acts as a communication consultant and ensures the readiness of documented customer-impacting processes.
* Determines the readiness of the CXM internal teams to execute the agreed plans and programs.
