Junior Project Manager

Our company started in 2016 as a team of Angular Frontend developers. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in Ukraine. DARLY SOLUTIONS is an international IT company specializing in delivering innovative solutions across Fin Tech, Med Tech, SaaS, etc.

With years of experience in web and mobile development, UI/UX design, Quality Assurance, AI, and machine learning, we pride ourselves on creating impactful products that drive success for our clients. Our team is proficient in a diverse range of tools, including Angular, NestJS, React, Vue, PHP, Ruby, NodeJS, and many others.

• 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company
• Solid understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and approaches
• Proven track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment with a strong teamwork mentality
• B2 English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities required for successful project completion
• Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Ensure resource availability and allocation align with project requirements
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot emerging problems
• Track project expenses and compare actual costs against the budget, reporting any variances
• Monitor and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and potential project upsell initiatives

• Working experience with Click Up & Notion
• Pre-sales experience
