Your Mission

Are you ready to stop just running ads and start driving real, measurable growth? We’re not looking for someone who just checks boxes—we need a master of digital channels who can craft messaging so compelling it makes people click, convert, and obsess over our brand. You will be the crucial link between our creative vision and our business results. This is your chance to manage integrated campaigns, own the metrics, and prove your campaign ideas work.

Responsibilities

This role is a high-octane mix of creative copywriter, meticulous project manager, and data-driven scientist.

Own the Narrative (Messaging & Content)

  • Be the Final Filter:
    You re the quality control hero! Review, revise, and finalize all short-form marketing copy (ad headlines, email lines, CTAs) to ensure it s punchy, perfect, and laser-focused on the goal.
  • Brand Guardian:
    Partner with our content marketing and creative team members to ensure every campaign asset is visually appealing and sounds like us across every platform. You make sure the message hits the target every single time.
  • Write for the Win:
    Draft high-impact, persuasive, and ultra-concise copy that compels B2B audiences to stop scrolling and take action.

Run the Engine (Execution & Management)

  • Integrated Campaign Maestro:
    Directly manage and launch cross-channel campaigns. This means running our playbooks across Email, Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social (Linked In/Google Ads), Display, and more.
  • SEO Awareness:
    Ensure that anything campaign related that touches our website (e.g., product launch blogs, promotional text, etc.) is aligned with fundamental SEO best practices—we believe in long-term organic power.
  • On-Time, On-Budget, On-Point:
    Be the organizational force that keeps complex, multi-touch campaigns hitting their deadlines and staying within budget.

Get Obsessed with Data (Optimization & Analysis)

  • Metric Monitor:
    Dive into performance dashboards daily. You ll track CTR, impressions, form fills, and more, translating raw data into clear, actionable next steps.
  • A/B Test Everything:
    Lead the charge on rigorous experimentation. If it can be tested (copy, visuals, CTAs), you re testing it. We want to know why something worked, not just that it did.
  • Report & Present:
    Turn complicated performance metrics into slick, easy-to-digest reports for leadership, celebrating wins and pinpointing opportunities for the next campaign wave.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience Level: 3+ years of experience hands-on managing digital campaigns, integrated marketing, or demand generation, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS/Tech environment.
  • Platform Proficiency:
    Proven experience directly managing campaigns inside the heavy hitters:
    Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and potentially others.
  • Marketing Tech Stacks:
    Deep comfort using and optimizing a major Marketing Automation Platform (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot—tell us your favorite!) and CRM (like Salesforce).
