• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and extension development;
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages);
• Expertise in Power Platform data integrations, workflows, and business process flows;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level.

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification;
• Experience with Power Platform CoE;
• ALM process setup (Solution Management, Azure Dev Ops CI/CD);
• A proactive attitude towards staying updated on the latest Power Platform features and Microsoft’s future roadmap.
