Everyone passionate about innovation wants to make the world a better place. That is exactly what we are doing at Utorg
. By developing innovative fintech products that bridge traditional finance and blockchain technology, we are creating a gateway that unlocks global opportunities for users and businesses alike.
We ship with a product-led mindset, but we execute with an engineering heart. In a fast-moving, regulated environment, we don't just need "trackers" - we need technical navigators
.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a mandatory Fintech & IT background to spearhead the delivery of our Web/Mobile platforms. This is a role for a hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between a high-level roadmap and a deep-dive technical discussion.
You will lead cross-functional squads, owning the delivery lifecycle from technical discovery to production. Whether your expertise lies in the nuances of modern web stacks or the complexities of mobile app ecosystems
, you will be the primary driver of execution, ensuring our products are scalable, secure, and delivered with surgical precision.
- Transform engineering delivery into a predictable "Black Box."
- Ensure an accuracy rate of over 80% in "Plan vs. Fact", and liberate the C-level executives from operational micro-management.
1. Predictability & Delivery Governance
- Own the Forecast: You are responsible for the realism of our deadlines. You don t just record estimates; you facilitate decomposition and challenge "3-hour" estimates that should be "3 days."
- Jira as Source of Truth: Maintain perfect hygiene in project tooling. Ensure blockers are surfaced immediately and progress is transparent to all stakeholders without manual pings.
2. Requirement Grooming
- Bridge the Gap: Orchestrate the team to translate high-level vision from the CPO into detailed, actionable User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
- Gatekeeping: Ensure no task enters a sprint without being "Ready for Development," preventing "dumb product/tech decisions" at the source.
3. Team Dynamics & Facilitation
- The Buffer: Act as a constructive bridge between the team members. Resolve friction and ensure technical debates result in actionable plans.
- Operational Discipline: Push the team to maintain tracking and documentation standards.
- Technical Savvy: A former QA, Analyst, or Engineer background is highly preferred. You must understand APIs, Backend architecture, and CI/CD enough to "smell" unrealistic technical claims.
- Assertive Mindset: The ability to say "No" to raw requirements and "No" to half-baked estimates. You are the "Sheriff" of the process.
- Pragmatic Agile: Experience adapting frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to small, fast-moving teams. You care about delivery, not just ceremonies.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT Project/Delivery Management in Fintech or regulated environments.
- Languages: Professional English and Russian (required).
- Predictability: The team hits its committed sprint goals with
