** Job Description
** Manage end-to-end deployment and setup of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. Provide comprehensive admin and security training, covering platform management, security features, and best practices. Conduct cross-platform email migrations from on-premise and other cloud platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. Oversee domain registration, DNS setup, and security configurations for seamless email operations. Provide post-deployment support, resolve issues, and optimize platform performance.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Manage the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, ensuring seamless setup and integration based on client requirements.
* Conduct training sessions for clients administrators, covering the management of M365 and GWS platforms, including user access controls, security protocols, and best practices to ensure secure and efficient platform use.
* Lead cross-platform email migrations, transferring data from on-premise systems or other cloud-based email platforms to M365 or GWS, ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption, and smooth transitions.
* Oversee domain registration and manage DNS records, ensuring proper configuration for seamless email functionality and platform integration.
* Offer post-deployment support, assist with troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensure optimal platform performance by addressing client concerns and resolving technical problems promptly.
* Identify opportunities for improving platform usage, security, and performance, making recommendations to clients for enhancements and ensuring the platforms are aligned with business needs.
* Work closely with partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and migrations, sharing knowledge and contributing to cross-functional projects.
* Continuously stay informed about the latest developments in cloud technologies, security protocols, and best practices to ensure the delivery of up-to-date solutions and recommendations to clients.
* Regularly pursue partner certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry standards, and security practices, ensuring continuous knowledge validation and competency in the field.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** At least 1-2 years in project delivery of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Google Workspace (GWS) environments
* Led the deployment and configuration of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Google Workspace (GWS) environments, ensuring seamless integrations and meeting client-specific requirements for security, administration, and productivity tools.
* Managed cross-platform email migrations from on-premise systems to cloud-based solutions, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime during the transition.
* Administered domain registrations and DNS management to ensure smooth email operations and seamless platform integrations for clients.
* Worked closely with internal teams and partners to ensure successful deployments and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Conducted comprehensive training sessions for administrators on M365 and GWS platforms, focusing on security protocols, user management, and platform best practices to ensure effective and secure use.
* Delivered post-deployment support and troubleshooting during the stabilization phase, ensuring prompt issue resolution and performance optimization.
* Collaborated with internal teams to refine platform functionalities and ensure continuous improvement.
* Bachelor’s/College Degree;
Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Meet.
Knowledge of GWS admin console, security features, and user management.
* Experience with GWS deployment, configuration, and integration with third-party applications.
* Must have strong communication skills.
