Chief of Staff Momentum

Our objective is to catalyze €100 billion in additional venture capital for European Deep Tech and facilitate 10,000 partnerships between enterprises and Europe's leading Deep Tech startups by 2030. To achieve this, we are building Europe’s leading Deep Tech innovation marketplace as an online–offline flywheel: a business intelligence and matchmaking platform powered by Europe’s premier Deep Tech summits and early-stage investment activities.

Despite being a young company, Deep Tech Momentum has built exceptional traction in just three years. We have created one of Europe’s largest corporate innovator networks, the Guardians of European Deep Tech, bringing together 300+ senior enterprise decision-makers and Deep Tech customers from leading enterprises (e.g. ABB, BMW Group, Bosch, Deutsche Telekom, Infineon Technologies, SAP, Siemens, Samsung, Schneider Electric, Rheinmetall, and Thales Alenia Space).

Today, 100+ Deep Tech funds, 200 corporate partners, and 1,000+ founders are already part of DTM, including partners such as Lakestar, Vsquared, EIF, Elaia, HV Capital, Earlybird, OTB Ventures, IQ Capital, McKinsey, EWOR, Continental, BASF, and The Exploration Company, positioning DTM at the center of Europe’s Deep Tech commercialization engine.

DTM is at an inflection point in 2026. We are entering our next phase of growth by delivering DTM
26 as Europe’s No.1 Deep Tech Summit, raising a dedicated community fund, and building the second generation of our Deep Tech discovery and intelligence platform for corporate customers. To make this ambition real, we are looking for a Chief of Staff.

This role is designed for future founders, future General Partners, or exceptional operators who want to help build one of Europe’s most influential Deep Tech networks spanning capital, corporate customers, and frontier technologies.

As Chief of Staff, you will operate at the center of DTM, acting as a force multiplier for the founding team and working directly on the company’s most critical initiatives across capital, product, and customers.

You may focus on several of the following areas:

• Own customer success end-to-end
  , ensuring corporate partners, investors, and startups generate measurable value from first interaction to long-term partnership.
• Support the fundraising and build-out of DTM Capital
  , working closely with our investment partners and Europe’s leading Deep Tech founders and investors across deal flow, fund operations, and investor relations.
• Scale the DTM Galilea technology platform
  , partnering with product and engineering to sharpen the corporate value proposition and build a proprietary Deep Tech product and data intelligence database

• Drive high-impact strategic initiatives (e.g. new revenue streams, partnerships, market entries), owning them from concept to execution.
• Work directly with the founders
  , preparing decisions and advancing key initiatives across market entry, PR, product development, investments, and event experience design.
• Represent DTM externally
  , building and nurturing relationships with investors, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
