Your MissionAs our Level 1 Support Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our clients and our development team. You'll tackle diverse challenges, from troubleshooting complex issues to creating custom solutions that drive our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities- Address client issues via phone, email, and instant messaging with patience and clarity.
- Develop and scope custom work orders, advocating for the resources needed to make each project shine.
- Test new products and custom solutions to ensure top‑notch quality.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support sales efforts.
- Build custom forms for client websites and troubleshoot lead routing issues.
- Technical certifications or 2+ years of online customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with basic online chat systems.
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with online support is beneficial, but not required.
