ROI as a Rev Ops Account Strategist to lead client engagements, optimize revenue operations, and drive business growth with innovative strategies.

The Rev Ops Account Strategist is responsible for leading client engagements, ensuring project execution aligns with budget and scope, and optimizing revenue operations strategies to drive client success and growth.

Key Accountabilities Account Leadership & Client Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strategic alignment and success.

Lead client engagements, acting as an advisor on Rev Ops best practices and implementation.

Develop strong client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.

Project & Budget Alignment

Build and manage monthly sprint plans to ensure alignment with project budgets.

Ensure projects remain within scope , identifying and mitigating risks that could affect execution.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients on project status and deliverables.

Account Analysis & Optimization

Review and analyze client Rev Ops performance , identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Identify and scope upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and optimize Rev Ops processes for efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Team Development

Review work completed by Rev Ops Engineers before client delivery to ensure quality control.

Provide feedback to the Director of Rev Ops on areas for team upskilling and process improvement.

Client Satisfaction & Growth

Collect and analyze client feedback to measure satisfaction and enhance service delivery.

Maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and expand revenue opportunities

Scorecard Metrics

Client Retention Rate:
Percentage of clients retained over a given period.

Project Delivery Success:
Percentage of projects completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.

Revenue Growth from Existing Accounts:
Measured through upsell/cross-sell success.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT):
Feedback from clients post-project execution.

  • Capacity to Do It – Demonstrated experience leading Rev Ops engagements, managing client relationships, and aligning project execution with strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Rev Ops, client strategy, or related consulting roles.

Proven track record of leading client accounts and facilitating cross-functional alignment.

Strong understanding of Hub Spot (certifications a plus).

Experience building and managing project sprint plans and budgets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive stakeholders.

Ability to identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) through account analysis.
