• Perform on-site installations of Script Pro's pharmaceutical automation equipment and system solutions, adhering to specific procedures and standards, both domestically and internationally
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting project timelines and pharmacy operational requirements across diverse geographic locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process, focusing on Script Pro-specific hardware and software in various settings.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and pharmacy-specific regulations
• Utilize mechanical skills to assemble, install, and adjust Script Pro equipment, ensuring precise alignment and functionality
• Apply basic electrical knowledge to connect and configure electrical components within Script Pro systems, using tools such as voltmeters, adapting to different electrical standards as needed
• Understand and adhere to safety protocols for both mechanical and electrical work in a pharmacy setting, including international safety standards
• Operate a truck and trailer safely and efficiently, including backing and maneuvering in various environments, to transport Script Pro equipment, adapting to international driving regulations as necessary
• Adhere to DOT requirements and maintain accurate electronic logs, including international driving logs when applicable
• Ensure the safe transport of sensitive and valuable Script Pro equipment and materials to installation sites, both domestically and internationally.
• Manage the import and export of Script Pro equipment through customs at border crossings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Adhere to all international travel requirements and documentation standards
• Utilize Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for documentation, communication, and data management related to Script Pro installations
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of network connectivity concepts, including LAN, VPN, WLAN, IP addresses, and MAC addresses, as they relate to Script Pro system integration in diverse network environments
• Troubleshoot desktop and peripheral issues related to Script Pro software and hardware effectively, including adapting to language and cultural differences
• Utilize the Internal Knowledge Base, Installation specific SOP's and Siebel for information, documentation and support specific to Script Pro products
• Utilize Sprout and other resources for self-advancement in Script Pro technologies
• Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy staff and Script Pro’s Field Operations personnel, ensuring their needs and requirements are met promptly and professionally.
• Understand the sensitive nature of pharmacy operations and the collaborative role of Field Operations to ensure Script Pro is delivery outstanding customer service
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with pharmacy clients, Script Pro’s Field Operations, and internal team members, adapting to language barriers and cultural differences effectively
• Maintain a positive attitude and build strong rapport with pharmacy personnel and Script Pro’s Field Operations representatives, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness in all interactions
• Act as a liaison between the pharmacy and Script Pro’s Field Operations, facilitating clear communication and problem-solving to ensure seamless service delivery
• Proactively communicate with Script Pro’s Field Operations regarding any on-site issues or observations that may impact pharmacy operations or service quality.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues specific to Script Pro installations effectively
• Use analytical skills to diagnose problems and implement solutions tailored to Script Pro equipment, adapting to different technical environments and standards
• Demonstrate good decision-making skills in challenging situations within a pharmacy environment, including international scenarios.
