Mechanical Construction Purchasing Agent

Full-Time $70,000 to $90,000 per year

We're hiring a Purchasing Agent to manage material and equipment procurement. Ideal candidates have 13+ years of purchasing or accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Construction experience is a plus.

• Process material and equipment purchase orders daily
• Select reliable, cost-effective suppliers
• Enter and file purchase orders in Vista by Viewpoint
• Work with vendors to confirm pricing and delivery
• Reconcile and file vendor order acknowledgements

Collaborate with Project Managers for purchase details

• 13+ years purchasing experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• $70,000 to $90,000 to start, based on experience
