** About the role
** The Head of Payrolloverseesthe fortnightly payroll of a workforce of around 6,000 team members across both salaried and hourly paid. This roleis responsible fortheaccurate,across all business units. This role drives operational excellence and the continuous improvementofend-to-end payroll activities, in addition to transformation initiatives within payroll, aligning withorganisationalgoals and shared services strategy.

Demonstrated experience managing and supporting a team Experience managing multiple enterprise agreementsacrossalarge workforce Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to translate complex information into clear,concise and easily understood language
Experience with Workday, UKG and Kronos - desirable
Experience in healthcare, agedcareor hospital settings- desirable
