** Job Description
** The Squad Lead manages an empowered cross-functional squad in driving the end-to-end execution of loyalty-building engagement initiatives across consumer segments/brands towards growing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
-from defining clear squad objectives aligned to the group’s business and customer objectives, building the execution plan, championing agile  principles in ensuring seamless execution across customer touchpoints, rallying collaboration among relevant business and enabling teams, driving customer adoption/engagement, and monitoring overall squad performance for continuous improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Define the squad objectives aligned to the bigger group priorities in building customer loyalty - This involves aligning the squad’s success measures and prioritized initiatives with the company’s business and customer agenda,ensuring a clear and coherent path for value delivery.
● Chart and manage the relevant roadmap/backlog of initiatives - Lead the squad in defining the work backlog, prioritizing based on business/customer value, and ensuring continuous refinement. Lead effective execution,managing delivery timelines, resources, and allocated budgets to ensure efficient and timely deployment.
● Rally collaboration among relevant stakeholders - Proactively engage and manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders to champion the squad's mandate and initiatives. This includes advocating for the necessary enablers(tools, resources, integrations) required for the squad's success.
● Drive innovation opportunities to level up performance and business/customer impact - Continuously explore new ideas, market trends and technologies to proactively pursue opportunities that enhance customer experience and contribute to growing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
● Oversee attainments of performance metrics - Monitor business and customer impact of the squad’s performance, drilling down on actionable insights on the key drivers. This also involves diligent management of the squad'sbudget, ensuring cost-effective attainment of financial commitments.
● Drive a culture of high-performance and high-engagement - Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing culture within the squad and among business and enabling partners, encouraging continuous learning, resolvingconflicts to operate cohesively, providing mentoring and coaching so that engaged talents thrive and grow.
