Position Summary

The Vice President of Growth (VP of Growth) is a senior executive leader responsible for advancing the mission and impact of Pre Born! through sustainable revenue growth, brand expansion, and deepened donor and partner engagement. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of Marketing, Events, and Fundraising
, ensuring these functions operate in a fully integrated, mission-aligned, and performance-driven manner.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Growth will lead enterprise-wide growth strategy to support Pre Born!’s work of glorifying Jesus Christ by saving more babies and souls. The role is responsible for aligning partner engagement, marketing outreach, and events experiences to maximize both financial results and life-saving impact.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year growth strategy aligned with Pre Born!’s mission, theological convictions, and organizational priorities.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth to support pregnancy clinic partnerships, ultrasound placements, and program expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities for donor acquisition, partner engagement, and strategic alliances that increase Pre Born!’s national reach and impact.
  • Establish clear growth goals, KPIs, and dashboards across marketing, events, and fundraising, reporting regularly to executive leadership and the Board as appropriate.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and the EVP on growth trends, donor behavior, and market opportunities.
Fundraising Leadership
  • Provide executive oversight of all fundraising activities, including individual giving, major gifts, mid-level donors, annual giving, digital fundraising, corporate and foundation partnerships, and planned giving.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior fundraising leaders to drive donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Support and participate in major donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts.
  • Ensure fundraising strategies are data-driven, donor-centric, and compliant with best practices and ethical standards.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
  • Lead Pre Born!’s brand and marketing strategy to clearly communicate mission impact, gospel-centered values, and life-saving outcomes.
  • Oversee messaging, storytelling, content strategy, digital marketing, media, and audience analytics.
  • Ensure marketing efforts effectively support donor acquisition, fundraising campaigns, clinic partnerships, and events.
  • Champion innovation in marketing platforms, data analytics, and performance measurement to improve conversion and engagement.
Events Strategy & Oversight
  • Provide strategic oversight of all ministry events, including conferences, tours, donor events, and experiential gatherings.
  • Ensure events are mission-aligned, financially responsible, and designed to drive engagement, revenue, and long-term relationships.
  • Evaluate event portfolio performance and guide decisions around scaling, optimizing, or sun setting events.
  • Partner with marketing and fundraising teams to ensure events are fully integrated into broader growth strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders across Marketing, Events, and Fundraising, fostering a Christ-centered, high-performance culture.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and servant leadership across teams.
  • Ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations to support organizational growth and staff development.
Financial & Operational Stewardship
  • Oversee growth-related budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis to ensure responsible stewardship of ministry resources.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align revenue projections, expense management, and investment decisions.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and data infrastructure effectively support growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a large nonprofit, ministry, or faith-based organization.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel fundraising, digital marketing, and large-scale events.
  • Experience working with boards, executive teams, and high-capacity donors.
