This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting our team to ensure that our members first interaction is the best possible. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to fine tune their leadership skills, whilst developing additional skills in stakeholder management, developing strategies and implementing strategic improvements to support our members and changing business needs.
Conducting leadership routines, identifying and sharing opportunities, knowledge and skills aligned to the achievement of operations measures, engagement, member experience targets and people KPI’s.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence others.

* Experience in coaching or training to technical skill gaps.
