• You assume overall responsibility for the Supply Chain & Service Delivery area and ensure that corporate objectives are achieved.
• You lead and develop the leadership team responsible for operational fulfillment.
• Together with the management team, you implement the strategic vision and business objectives.
• You manage operational processes and ensure that all primary KPIs are met.
• You are responsible for the Global Management System and continuously optimize operational processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• You implement efficiency improvement programs and expand our production capacities.
• You identify and mitigate risks, particularly within the supply chain.
• You ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards and assume overall compliance responsibility.

• You hold a completed university degree in engineering or business, ideally in electrical engineering or business administration/economics.
• You have solid experience in team leadership as well as in process and innovation management.
• You demonstrate strong business acumen, are results-oriented, and possess the ability to think strategically.
• Your working style is characterized by assertiveness, a high level of customer orientation, and intercultural competence.
• You have strong communication skills and the motivation to drive change.
