• Manage, monitor and evaluate the projects of the bureau
• Donor Communication, Follow-up and Reporting
• Procurement and Contracts

Manage, monitor and evaluate the projects of the bureau

• Supervise and manage the planning of the bureau's programs and its implementation in coordination with the director.
• Ensure budget monitoring for each project.
• Provide project budgets forecasts and financial reports to the bureau’s Admin Manager for office budget reporting.
• Participate in the strategic definition of activities and programmes implemented by the bureau.
• Monitor and ensure implementation of project activities in compliance with commitment to donors such as training and capacity building activities etc
• Monitor the logical framework.
• Identify and communicate potential delays or problems in the completion of activities and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure the drafting of narrative reports concerning projects and programs or the validation of reports written by the offices
• Prepare financial audits and project evaluations.
• Support strategic development of office budget reporting and preparation of financial reports.

• Contribute to project proposals for grant applications (especially budget and implementation activities).

• Compile the information needed to measure the impact of activities and to communicate about them.
• Ensure communication commitments in financing contracts

• Supervise the calls for tenders for decision-making and the submission of projects to donors
• Manage contracts for external service providers.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of projects and compliance with procedures.
