Education Requirements:

* ### Bachelor’s degree :
Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering### ### Experience Requirements:* ### Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)* ### Industrial or commercial process water experience required - Water Treatment Plant Experience (Preferred)* ### 5 to 7 years of technical work experience or 3 years of industry specific experience* ### Combined with 3 years of leadership/management experience
* Clean driving record### ### Skill Requirements:* ### Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions* ### People management - approximately 16 employees* ### Ability to communicate up/down/across* ### Ability to lead and motivate teams* ### Demonstrates critical thinking and complex troubleshooting in order to guide and advise team members and customers* ### Ability to defuse situations at a customer or internal issue.###

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, Annual bonus.

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. This role is accountable for talent attraction, retention, engagement, performance management, and employee development.### ### The Service Manager plays a key role in departmental leadership, contributing to budget development, managing expenses, and actively participating in workforce planning.
