Required:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, program coordination, community management, or similar roles.

This role centers on leading and scaling high-impact initiatives focused on women’s entrepreneurship, community enablement, and market access, with end-to-end ownership of program design, execution, and scaling.

• Lead and scale high-impact initiatives focused on women’s entrepreneurship, community enablement, and market access.
• Own end-to-end program design, execution, and scaling in collaboration with founders, corporates, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
• Plan and manage end-to-end program execution aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, structure, and scale replicable and impact-driven programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Track program timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics; monitor progress and suggest strategic improvements.
• Lead partner communication and resolve operational challenges.
• Support and oversee incubation programs, workshops, accelerators, and flagship events.
• Drive community engagement initiatives, campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships (online and offline).
• Maintain structured program documentation and share regular updates with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with founders and senior management to translate vision into execution frameworks.

• Master’s degree (Management, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of startup, community, or social impact ecosystems.
• Proactive, organized, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interest in women entrepreneurship and social impact initiatives.
