Responsibilities- Lead and scale high-impact initiatives focused on women’s entrepreneurship, community enablement, and market access.
- Own end-to-end program design, execution, and scaling in collaboration with founders, corporates, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
- Plan and manage end-to-end program execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, structure, and scale replicable and impact-driven programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Track program timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics; monitor progress and suggest strategic improvements.
- Lead partner communication and resolve operational challenges.
- Support and oversee incubation programs, workshops, accelerators, and flagship events.
- Drive community engagement initiatives, campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships (online and offline).
- Maintain structured program documentation and share regular updates with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with founders and senior management to translate vision into execution frameworks.
- Master’s degree (Management, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of startup, community, or social impact ecosystems.
- Proactive, organized, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in women entrepreneurship and social impact initiatives.
