Job Description & How to Apply Below

Attic Salt is a brand transformation studio for innovation driven organization in growth mode. We're seeking a Creative Project Manager to keep our fast-paced projects and operations running like a Michelin-star restaurant.

In this role, you will be responsible for the greater project management functions of our team, including managing workloads and utilization for a multidisciplinary creative team, as well as facilitating collaboration between teams across the organization and with our clients. You'll ensure the projects you're overseeing are kept on time, on track and on budget, while contributing valuable strategic insights for our brand development and launch initiatives.

You're qualified if you are
  • A seasoned pro with 4-6 years of project/ops management inside a branding or creative studio.
  • Brand fluent familiar with the project lifecycle and technologies specific to brand development and launch - including strategy, naming, visual identity, and production across print and digital applications, including web and UI design.
  • A fearless, proactive communicator who can translate client/business speak to actionable language for the creative team.
  • Adaptable to change
, ready to get your hands dirty, and know how to be flexible without risking timelines and quality of work.
  • A thoughtful problem solver with stellar organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail - mention tacos in your introduction to show us you care about the details as much as we do.
  • Tech-savvy and a wizard with tools like Google Suite, Miro, and especially Click Up. You're also curious about emerging technologies, AI tools, and best practices to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project workflows.
What You'll Do

While every week is different, your work will include:

Project Management + Guidance (40%)
  • Take full ownership of projects from start to finish – build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies

Drive 6-8 complex strategy, branding, design, and website projects forward simultaneously;

  • Create, delegate, and manage tasks that hold all of the material/answers required to complete.
  • Share work with clients, field their feedback, and translate it into actionable next steps for the team to complete successfully
  • Set proper expectations with client and team and make sure that everyone is fully informed at all times.
  • Successfully coordinate effective meetings and workshops, which include scheduling, client/team prep, time management, note-taking, and sharing summary reports as appropriate
  • Support pitches and new business with delivery insight
  • Contribute to improving agency processes and workflows
Scheduling & Forecasting 20%
  • Accurately forecast team bandwidth across strategists, designers, and directors
  • Manage budgets, tracking hours spent in each project phase and sharing regular updates with clients and internal teams
  • Anticipate roadblocks before they become problems, and mitigate risks with ease
Account Relationship Management (30%):
  • Onboard new clients and set the tone for an incredible experience ahead.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring our clients understand and engage in our creative process, hold up their end of the bargain and come to you with their questions and concerns
  • Client expectation-setting and proactive communication: spot opportunities to deepen their trust whether through anticipating needs, solving problems gracefully, or finding ways to add value
  • Lead project retrospective sessions, creating honest space for team members (and the occasional client!) to reflect on process triumphs, challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Share weekly reports with leadership around project updates, forecasting billable utilization and profitability
People Management (10%):
  • Support with sourcing freelancers and team members during times of growth
  • Support remote culture-building by creating space for the team to celebrate one another or by sending an occasional team gift
What Success Looks Like
  • Creative team is being fully utilized and is clear on upcoming tasks
  • Clients feel heard, informed, guided, and in good hands
  • Deadlines are predictable and stress-free
  • Projects are delivered…
