Manufacturing Technician

Legacy Technologies DBA Pac Aero - Mission is looking for a manufacturing technician to support all levels of manufacturing activities for Pac Aero Mission. This position will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment throughout the production environment, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

• Set up, operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Work with our quality team to inspect products for defects and identify potential problems, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot as needed, diagnosing and repairing basic equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Optimization of processes, by suggesting improvements to the manufacturing processes and schedules or helping to implement improvements when advised to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Complete all documentation relating to the production process as necessary.
• Work with engineers, quality technicians and members of management to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals.
• Conduct experiments with samples and report results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines as assigned.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate verbally and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)

• Climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Required to report to work punctually as scheduled and to work all scheduled hours.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move between production floor and other departments as needed.
