What You’ll Do:

  • Lead marketing and communication efforts that increase awareness, engagement, and support for the Foundation.
  • Create compelling content for newsletters, email campaigns, fundraising appeals, social media, web, and donor communications.
  • Plan and execute fundraising, recognition, and community events, including logistics, vendor coordination, volunteer support, and on‑site leadership.
  • Manage the Foundation’s social media presence, email marketing platform, and content calendar.
  • Coordinate awards and recognition programs that celebrate students, educators, and community partners.
  • Support positive donor experiences through timely acknowledgments and thoughtful engagement.
  • Collaborate with board members, school partners, volunteers, and community sponsors.
  • Provide administrative and database support related to donors, events, and communications.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, and event coordination.
  • Minimum revenue generation of $250k yearly.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and design tools (Canva or Adobe) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Position Details:

This is a full‑time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer-sponsored retirement plan; paid time off; and employer‑paid life and disability coverage. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate evening and weekend events.

Essential Physical/Mental Requirements:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in person and on the phone to provide information and assistance.
  • Must have the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to periodically lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
