Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit. The nurse will provide care in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:5. Previous charge experience is preferred. First-timers are accepted for this position. Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments may be required based on unit needs. The role involves floating between multiple units as necessary. The nurse must have familiarity with telemetery, cardiac telemetry, and neuro stepdown units.

Experience with feeding tube care and IV therapy is beneficial. Successful candidates will possess strong critical thinking and assessment skills. The ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team is essential. Effective communication skills are required to engage with patients and their families.
