- Ensuring product quality by making precise measurements (manual and automatic) according to technical requirements and internal standards, providing support to development, production and quality control processes.
Perform measurements for series 0 (prototypes) and draw up measurement reports. Perform ad-hoc measurements at the request of the quality engineer or production manager. Create, modify and maintain PRCs (Process Registration Card). Creates, sets and maintains measurement programs for each part in 2D/3D equipment. It ensures the verification and calibration of the measurement and control equipment, according to the calibration plan.
Manage the inventory of measuring equipment. Train production personnel on measurement techniques and methods. Participates in capability analyses and supports the team in quality improvement activities. Engages in solving quality issues related to measurements or dimension control.
- Education:
Minimum high school (technical high school); preferably higher education in the technical field - Quality knowledge: control methods, ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a measurement laboratory.
- Solid knowledge of the use of measurement and control equipment: manuals (e.g., tbble, micrometer, comparators) and automatic (e.g., Keyence 2D/3D equipment or equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge of technical drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of English – medium-advanced level.
- PC skills and MS Office operation (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP.
- Participation in Core Tools courses (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP) is an advantage.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational spirit.
- Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field.
- Certifications related to quality assurance are a plus.
