Job Summary:
We are a leading manufacturing company driven by innovation and excellence. Committed to delivering top-quality products and operational efficiency, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Quality Manager to strengthen our team and help drive our quality standards to the next level.
Mission Quality Management and Assurance Quality Development and Maintenance- Maintain and develop quality at the site in accordance with central guidelines.
- Ensure product and process quality to the customer and detect risks and opportunities early.
- Initiate all necessary corrective and preventive actions in daily operations.
- Assist significantly in the conduct of internal and external audits.
- Ensure the relevance of the data entered in the quality reports.
- Be responsible for the release of serial production processes and products.
- Clarify quality issues and ensure their resolution in collaboration with team members.
- Engage all relevant people in quality thinking.
Lead, develop, and motivate subordinate employees in accordance with company management principles.
Strategic Contribution Company Objectives- Contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (3 years in the field of quality)
- Perfect command of English and German.
