SRS Research Graduate Assistant

Position SummaryThe Research Graduate Assistant for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences will work with a SRS faculty member or administrator in a dedicated line of scholarly work. Selected applicants will participate in project development, literature review, project execution, and data analysis and synthesis. The Research Graduate Assistant reports to the Dean of the School of Rehabilitation Sciences.
Essential Functions- Assist faculty with preparing research proposal
- Search and summarize relevant literature
- Assist with gathering and analyzing data for project
- Help compile bibliographies and manage record
- Perform filing, copying and data entry
- Update and manage project records
- Manage technology considerations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good scientific writing and communication skills
- Able to quickly learn and apply required lab skills
- Basic data analysis skills
- Ability to work well in groups with faculty, staff, and peers
Successful applicants must be enrolled in a School of Rehabilitation Sciences graduate program.

Physical Demands- Lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, and squat.
