Overview
Responsible for retail channel performance, retail operations, and excellence management. Develop and drive retail excellence strategies to maximize store productivity and operational efficiency, ensuring effective implementation across the retail network. Act as a key partner to the retail team to support the achievement of company objectives.
Main Responsibilities Retail Performance- Support the China Retail Experience Director in developing annual commercial plans sales forecasts.
- Conduct regular analysis of retail sales data, provide business insights, and maintain performance dashboards.
- Identify and promote best retail practices across regions, lead benchmarking and analysis of competitor retail experiences.
- Collaborate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales improvement plans, identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, optimize teamwork, and enhance problem‑solving capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize retail KPIs to improve store productivity.
- Work with Marketing, CRM, and other departments to propose and support retail‑related marketing activities and service enhancements.
- Develop and follow up on key landlord promotions and local event plans.
- Lead the retail operations team to fully support daily store operational needs.
- Continuously improve store operational efficiency through process, tool, and system optimization.
- Oversee retail projects including new store openings, closures, and store events, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
- Support Area and Store Managers in developing and engaging in‑store operational staff.
- Collaborate with Central Retail Operations to localize, implement, and execute retail guidelines and initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of new tools/systems in stores, collect feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective implementation of retail strategies and guidelines across the national retail network.
- Work with HR to optimize store staffing and talent structure.
- Coach and develop direct reports to enhance their professional and managerial capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement incentive schemes for the retail team, tracking effectiveness.
- Bachelor
- Be fluent in English and Chinese
- Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch a plus
- Selling Skill and Customer Relationship Management Skill, Strategic Business Thinking
- Gain the management experience on retail operation, and retail performance management.
- Management of working pressure and the capability in handling multitasks
- Knowledge of marketing and merchandising techniques
- Leadership, Team Management and Coaching Skill
