Profile
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training.
- Experience in retail, service industries is a must.
- Work experience as retail trainer in luxury retail industry preferred
- Work experience as a sales staff preferred
- Passionate about training and enthusiasm for the brand
- Take leadership and motivate people to try new things
- Passionate about learning new things
- Human oriented personality
- Be able to share knowledge with people
- Knowledge of training planning methodologies and processes
- Coaching technique
- Selling and communication technique
- PC skill(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Business level in English and Fluent in Japanese language
Enhance the brand image and credibility through training and maximize the sales and profit. Responsible of organization and deployment of regional/local training to boutique managers and boutique staffs of direct shops ensuring to be a point of reference for all training activities and related materials for the own geographical area based on the global strategy and objectives
Planning and develop the training programs:
Responsible of defining and inviting the right audience, the calendar of activities, setting the venue and all the aspects related to the locally executed training of local and international training programs. Together with training team at headquarters, adapt global training content, programs and materials to fit the Japan culture. Coordination with local HR and for action plans related to boutique managers and boutique staffs on soft skills training.
e-Learning:
Ensure that all of boutique managers and boutique staffs understand the programs of e-Leaning and finish appropriately. Manage the e-Learning database of users, as well as community manager to post news on the new app etc.
Implementation:
Responsible of the deployment of the sales trainings to boutique managers, boutique staffs on selling skills, brand, product knowledge, story-telling and clienteling using training tools developed by headquarters. Collect training needs; visit stores to follow up trainings and to find/understand training coaching needs in skill and knowledge. Work with boutique managers on shops and service KPIs / analysis and related action plans to increase sales results.
Develop and follow up on action plans related to Mystery Shopping initiatives in coordination with Retail Director and store managers. Accountable for co-ordination of training events to be organized in class and in shop and deployed by trainer or by external consultants (i.e. selling skills training).
