Role Overview

Domino's is hiring a mid-level Shift Manager (06341) in Mission, KS. This is a part‑time position responsible for managing store operations, staffing, inventory, cost control, and customer service.

• Oversee daily store operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and crew performance.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash to meet profitability targets.
• Handle customer service, addressing complaints and maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment operation, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and handle operational paperwork.

• Open availability to work at least 2 of the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for delivery duties.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to navigate delivery routes and handle adverse weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry equipment, stand and move for extended periods.

This role offers a pathway to become a General Manager and potentially progress to franchise ownership or corporate positions.
