This is not your typical desk job! You'll be out in the field, actively hunting for new business opportunities, meeting clients face-to-face, and driving growth across our network. If you're energized by autonomy, variety, and the thrill of closing deals, this role is for you.

** What you'll be doing:
*** Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities to grow our motoring portfolio by promoting RAC's products to new and existing customers.
* Responding to customers enquiries (inbound & outbound) relating to motoring products and services across various channels (phone, email, online, in person).
* Conducting sales visits to engage with potential customers and build lasting relationships.
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation in accordance with compliance standard
** What you'll bring:
*** Previous
** experience in a sale**, customer service environment (
** motoring, transport & logistics preferred**).
* A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for sales.
* A strong customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and work in a results-driven environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently while staying connected with the broader team.
* ** Previous B2B sales experience is highly desired** - we value your understanding of business dynamics and client engagement.
* Willingness to be off site conducting sales activities.
