You should apply if you have:

  • 3–5 years of B2B cold calling and outbound sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Punjabi (mandatory)
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Knowledge of the US Trucking Industry (a plus)
  • CRM usage experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Start-up experience (a plus)
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions
  • Self-motivated, driven, with grit and accountability
  • Own a modern laptop (not older than 3 years) with a working camera
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps

Responsibilities include:

  • Making daily cold calls and sending emails/texts to connect with prospects
  • Converting prospects into Bobtail clients
  • Collaborating with team members to meet goals
  • Maintaining a lead pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Utilizing sales tools to track progress and improve performance
  • Learning about client needs, industry, and competitors
  • Building lasting relationships with prospects and clients
  • Following up throughout the sales cycle
  • Presenting Bobtail products and services
  • Staying current on industry trends and company offerings

Educational background:

  • Sales or business certification preferred

Delivering freedom from inefficiencies in the supply chain.
