Cross Rental Services are recruiting for a hungry, highly competitive sales professional who lives for new business development, smashing targets, and winning new customers.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a business development position at the heart of our regional growth strategy. You’ll own the North East territory, proactively hunt new opportunities, convert them, and build long-term revenue streams — while strategically growing an existing account base.
We are looking for candidates with proven B2B sales experience, regardless of sector, who can bring fresh thinking and a different perspective to our sales growth strategy.

What You’ll Do:- Drive regional revenue growth through proactive identification, qualification and conversion of new business opportunities
- Research target markets, generate your own high-quality leads and execute clear calls to action
- Build and grow a portfolio of existing customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction
- Develop and deliver structured sales plans with clear, measurable targets that you are determined to exceed
- Ensure every opportunity meets margin expectations and contributes to overall profitability
- Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams to support key account growth
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Love the chase of new business and closing deals
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and comfortable working independently
