Your MissionGrow and elevate our Nordic Key Accounts
This role requires someone who can balance strategic account leadership with hands‑on operational execution.
We expect you to make an early impact — not only by defining plans, but by ensuring they are activated and executed in the Nordic market.
Strategic Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and profitability of key partners through clear commercial steering
- Translate the European segment strategy into actionable plans at partner level
- Build annual key account plans and secure alignment and follow-through
- Set sales, growth, and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager
- Identify new business opportunities, manage a structured pipeline, and lead commercial projects
- Utilize data-driven insights and market understanding to support long‑term business development
- Ensure listings, availability, sufficient stock levels, and optimized POS performance
- Secure flawless execution of campaigns, promotions, and marketing activations
- Conduct regular joint field visits with distributor sales teams
- Maintain strong field presence to drive sell‑out and close performance gaps
- Own CRM discipline:
Pipeline, reporting quality, and weekly execution - Align and mobilize internal stakeholders (marketing, technical, supply chain and European colleagues) to support partner needs
- Lead partners and internal teams through influence, trust, and consistent follow‑through
- Has 5+ years of sales and/or distributor management experience
- Brings a proven track record in executing plans — not just creating them
- Leads through influence, rather than hierarchy: able to mobilize partners and colleagues
- Is a confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen
- Has a strong digital mindset (incl. Office 365 and CRM fluency)
- Works proactively, independently and with structured follow‑up
- Communicates clearly and effectively in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
- Is ready to travel approximately 60 days per year – more during the first 6‑12 months
