As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will build relationships, guide customers through the buying process, and deliver an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Building lasting relationships and creating customers for life
• Assisting customers in selecting vehicles by listening and asking thoughtful questions
• Becoming a product expert on all vehicle models, packages, and technology
• Conducting professional, high-quality vehicle demonstrationsli>
• Following up with buyers to generate referral and repeat business
• Learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance
• Maintaining a positive, high-energy attitude every day

Required — Non-Negotiable:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High energy and self-motivation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (not required)

• $3,000/month guaranteed for your first 3 months
• Competitive annual earnings of $50,000 – $120,000+
