People Keys DISC Sales Consultant
Drive new DISC business through People Keys by selling behavioral assessments and related solutions to both past customers and new prospects.
What will you do:- Proactively re-engage past customers who purchased two or more years ago to identify new opportunities and generate repeat business.
- Maintain a minimum of 50+ outbound calls and emails per day to past customers, active leads, and new prospects.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate People Keys assessment solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities by consistently following up, nurturing leads, and closing sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive service and positioning People Keys as a trusted partner.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales goals while accurately documenting outreach and account activity.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and energized by outbound sales activity.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable building relationships by phone and email.
- Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Skilled at identifying customer needs and presenting solutions in a consultative way.
- Persistent, organized, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
