What You Would Do:

• Review project details to ensure that proper materials, tools, and equipment are brought to each project
• Lead a crew
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times
• Install each project at customers home using company‑approved and quality‑driven methods
• Communicate with the customer throughout each project
• Provide customers with a "WOW!" experience

What We Need for this Role:

• Construction and excavator experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to travel
• Unrestricted lifting ability, ability to climb a ladder, ability to kneel and crawl
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Regular and punctual attendance at the job locations
• Ability to work overtime if needed

As a Construction Crew Lead for DBS Residential Solutions, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all.
