Your Mission:

As a Staff Engineer , you'll be the architect of our high-throughput systems, ensuring our platform scales to meet the demands of real-time esports data. You'll drive critical architectural decisions, shaping the future of our technology.

• Design and refine distributed services to handle thousands to tens of thousands of TPS under varying workloads.
• Prototype and implement solutions for the most complex platform components.

📈 Scalability & Resiliency:

• Identify and eliminate architectural bottlenecks to ensure system stability.
• Implement fault-tolerant solutions to maintain service availability under peak loads.
• Leverage AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize application design.
• Collaborate with infra and product engineering teams on deployment and performance optimization.
• Drive architectural decisions across product pillars for consistency.
• Maintain a strategic vision for platform evolution.
• Guide backend engineers in distributed systems and performance optimization.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and high-impact delivery.

• Experience designing platforms processing thousands of TPS.
• Understanding of concurrency, event-driven architectures, and fault-tolerant patterns.

📈 Backend Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience in Golang, Kotlin, Java, or C#.
• Comfort with microservices patterns.
• Strong background with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, Redis, and RDS.
• Ability to own complex system designs from concept to prototype.
• Skilled at communicating technical trade-offs.
• Adept at aligning teams through architectural shifts.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical gaps.
