As one of the engineers, you'll play a key role in scaling our backend systems and take direct ownership of high-impact product and engineering goals.

Role-specific

• 1+ year(s) of software development experience as an IC.
• Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
• Write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
• Enjoy designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
• Have a startup mindset: you’re resourceful, adaptable, and not afraid of ambiguity.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT

The starting salary for this position is between $121,000 - $146,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in Coin Tracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
