We are looking for a ..NET AI predictive Solutions Tech Lead to lead the design and development of AI-driven prediction modules that power core product capabilities. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining deep backend expertise, AI/ML integration, and technical ownership. You will play a key role in building scalable, production‑grade prediction systems and mentoring engineers in a collaborative, high‑impact environment.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-powered prediction services using ..NET (C#)
• Own end-to-end delivery of prediction modules, from data ingestion and feature handling to inference APIs
• Wide usage of models built using techniques such as Random Forest, XGBoost
  , and other tree-based or ensemble methods
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs for real-time and batch predictions
• Ensure proper monitoring, performance tracking, and model explainability in production environments
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and architectural guidance
• Manage and mentor frontend team members using React, Angular, or VueJS, ensuring clean and efficient API contracts

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ..NET / C# (preferably .NET Core / .NET 6+)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to lead by example
• Working experience with React, Angular, or VueJS
• Strong experience building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of microservices, async processing, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with performance optimization, security, and system reliability
• Proven experience integrating machine learning prediction models into production systems
• Hands-on experience with tree-based models such as Random Forest and XGBoost
  , including understanding of training, inference, and evaluation
• Familiarity with prediction use cases such as classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, or risk scoring
