Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced LLM based AIGC Algorithm Engineer to join our team. As an Algorithm Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms and models for our artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to design, optimize, and deploy innovative algorithms that drive the success of our AI-driven products.
The candidate should also have excellent software developing skills in not only implementing algorithm, but also in code optimization on heterogeneous platforms, so you can write performant algorithms or transferring workload to accurate hardware and chips. Since we are doing something that is not solved by others, we usually need to develop tools that have not yet existed in the world, it requires the candidate to have experience and capability in designing and building extensible and practical computer vision system or algorithm frameworks from ground up.

- Develop and optimize large language model algorithms for various natural language processing applications, such as text generation, summarization, and language translation.
- Conduct research to explore and identify state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies in large language model development and optimization.

Education:
PhD/MS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries, such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing principles, techniques, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with text corpora, linguistic analysis, and language-related datasets.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
