- Providing Civil Maritime Surveillance and response services to Australian Border Force, emergency medical and search & rescue aviation services through our Aviation & Critical Services business;
- Designing and supporting key systems for submarines and surface ships through our Marine business;
- Managing critical assets for a range of sectors through our Land Business.
- We are experienced in all types of airborne surveillance, providing a fast, reliable and professional support solution. Our aircraft are equipped with sophisticated strategic and tactical aerial surveillance equipment, including night vision device (NVD) capability, EO / IR camera systems
Due to expansion of our services, an opportunity currently exists for a motivated individual to join our Aviation & Critical Services team as Surveillance Mission Coordinators (SMC) on a full-time basis, supporting our operations in Horn Island by contributing to civil maritime security undertaking aerial surveillance of Australia’s vast maritime domain and conducting operational response and logistics missions in the Torres Strait.
This is an equal time touring position, on a 15 day on / 13 day off touring roster.
As part of this role you will:
- Conduct safe flight operations complying with CASA, contractual and company policies and procedures;
- Report promptly on all operations and maintenance deficiencies;
- Complete pre-flight and post-flight documentation;
- Conduct helicopter surveillance, response, logistics & Search and Rescue operations;
